The short version. Nothing is charged during your 3-day trial. If you are charged and did not mean to be, email us within 14 days and we will refund it — no questions, no form, no argument. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Sanctifo starts with 3 days free. You give a card at sign-up because that is how the subscription begins when the trial ends, but nothing is taken during those three days. Cancel before the third day and you are never charged at all.
Email business@sanctifo.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain yourself. Forgetting to cancel is a good enough reason.
We would rather refund you than keep money you did not mean to spend. It costs us less than a complaint, and it is the right way to treat someone.
Beyond 14 days we do not usually refund a period you have used, in the same way a magazine does not refund an issue you have read. If something went wrong — the service was broken, you were charged twice, or you were charged after cancelling — write to us anyway. Those are our mistakes and we will put them right whenever you tell us.
Nothing here removes any right you have under the law where you live. If your local consumer law gives you a longer or stronger right to a refund than this policy does, that law applies and we will honour it.
We process refunds through Stripe as soon as we see your email, usually the same day. Your bank then takes its own time — normally 5 to 10 working days for the money to appear.
One email is all it takes: business@sanctifo.com. Tell us the address on your account. There is no form to fill in.
