This explains what Sanctifo collects, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers sanctifo.com and the Sanctifo service, run by Morris Prop AL 1 LLC.
The short version. We collect what we need to run your account and make your study material. We do not sell your data, we do not use your notes or uploads to train AI models, and we do not show them to anyone else. Your studies are private to your account. We use one advertising cookie, from Meta, and only if you say yes — nothing tracks you until you allow it, and you can withdraw at any time. Ask us to delete everything and we will.

When you create a study, the text of your source — the passage, the PDF's words, the sermon transcript — is sent to OpenAI, which generates the study material and sends it back. We use OpenAI's API, and under their API terms they do not use that content to train their models. Your notes are never sent anywhere; they are stored for you and nothing else.
Because your material passes through another company's systems to be processed, it is worth saying plainly: do not put anything into Sanctifo you would not want processed by a third party. A prayer request naming someone's illness, a counselling note, a confession — those belong in a private journal, not in a system that sends text to an AI provider to be summarised.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety or our legal rights. If Sanctifo is ever sold or merged, your data may transfer with it, and we will email you before that happens.

What runs only with your permission:
Nothing loads until you say yes. The pixel is not on the page when you arrive. It is fetched only after you choose “Allow”. Choosing “No thanks” — or closing the banner, or pressing Escape — means it is never loaded at all, and the site works exactly the same either way.
Changing your mind. Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer of any page. It takes effect immediately and reloads the page so nothing already running keeps running.
Browser opt-out signals. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we treat that as a “no” and never ask. That decision cannot be overridden — not by us, and not by clicking “Allow”.
Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it and signs you out.
Our providers store and process data in the United States and other countries. If you are in the UK, EU or another region with transfer rules, your data will be transferred to the US. Our providers operate under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for those transfers.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities without undue delay.
Wherever you live, you may ask us to: show you the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, export it in a portable format, or stop a particular use of it. You may also withdraw consent and close your account at any time.
Email business@sanctifo.com. We will respond within 30 days, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to your data protection authority.
We do not sell personal information for money, and never have. If you allow the Meta pixel, that does count as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CCPA. It happens only with your permission, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Sanctifo is not intended for children under 13, and complies with COPPA on this point, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
